Career Development Coaching
If you are currently working and generally satisfied with your job, but you want to grow your career beyond what it is today, then Career Development Coaching is for you.
Here are some other examples of indicators that you might benefit from Career Development Coaching:
- You want a promotion in your current company, but don’t know how to network internally to identify those opportunities.
- You like your current employer, but you want to do something new for them
- You aren’t actively on a job search, but you want to start exploring doing something related to what you currently do, either within or outside of your current employer.
- You aren’t sure about any of the above, and you need to work with someone to define your current professional "state of mind".
Career Development Coaching is structured as a long-term plan, with monthly calls. The difference between the Career Development Coaching package and stand-alone calls (see "Individual Services" page) is that in between the calls, I will assist with research on market trends and conditions, suggest networking opportunities (leveraging my 5,000 + LinkedIn connection network), and (with guidance from you), search for and analyze potential new roles and employers for your career growth.
The program works best when we arrange a specific time to talk each month; for example – the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 2:00 PM.
